We just adjust the time according to the
time zone we live in

Below is a map showing the three areas on earth where most people live and their time zones
To get each area to pray at more or less the same time
we take NOON at the middle time zone for that area
and have nearby time zones prayer earlier or later
according to their time zone
The exact time of joining is not important
